Transformation Success Engineer (TSE)

Job description

As a Cortex Transformation Engineer in the Global Transformation Practice, you ensure enterprise customers transition smoothly to modern platforms. You own the end-to-end customer transition lifecycle within a synchronized global model. You combine deep technical expertise with exceptional customer-facing delivery to execute data cutovers, lead immersive operational workshops, and demonstrate quantifiable business value to security leadership. Responsibilities include executing technical migration from legacy to modern platforms, managing policy mappings, data retention configurations, API setups, and log ingestion validation against the employer' Golden Standard design templates. You bridge implementation and platform adoption by running "Day in the Life" workshops to educate customer teams on native workflows, alert triage, incident response, Agentic-AI, and automated playbooks. You lead Value Realization sessions with technical stakeholders, using native dashboards to demonstrate ROI, security efficacy, and operational efficiency to secure project sign‑off and customer delight.

Requirements

• Professional-level technical acumen with security operations infrastructure, cloud migrations, or technical consulting
• Hands‑on expertise with the the employer portfolio (Cortex XDR/XSIAM, Prisma Cloud, or Strata) or competitive migration experience
• Strong technical background in security automation including CLI scripting, Python, and REST APIs for bulk policy configuration and data modeling
• Excellent customer‑facing communication skills with proven ability to run technical workshops and maintain strong executive presence
• Scale mindset focused on AI, automation, reusable playbooks, and authoring technical documentation
