Lead Project Engineer (IK)

Job description

We are looking for a Principal Project Engineer to join our growing engineering team in the Oil and Gas market, Saudi Arabia. This is a crucial opportunity to help form a new and expanded team, strengthen our technical capabilities, and improve our presence and reputation across the sector. The Lead Project Engineer will be required to provide turnkey delivery leadership for the project, driving the delivery of the MINEVA project, including any engineering support, site surveys, procurement, sub-contract management, construction installation and full construction implementation. The Principal Engineer will be assigned to lead the project team, manage coordination and communication with other disciplines, key suppliers and subcontractors, provide support during activities, monitor the budget, and prepare meeting minutes, progress reports, and presentations. The Lead Engineer will also have to monitor the team's performance, analyze the completion of key objectives, and report on project progress to stakeholders and clients.

Requirements

• Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Project / Business Management
• 10+ years relevant experience
• Have worked for at least 5 years in similar positions
• Work in office and Site based environments
• Capable of using the appropriate software
• Excellent interpersonal and analytical attributes
• Able to effectively communicate technical issues to peers and line manager(written and verbal).
