We are looking for a future team member for the Product Manager role to join our Conservation team. This role is located, Saudi Arabia In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: Product Strategy and Ownership • Own the comprehensive product roadmap for the Middle East, which is aligned with company-wide platform and regional growth priorities • Define the product vision, scope and success metrics in relation to MENA custody capabilities, including onboarding, reconciliation, preservation, corporate procedures and reporting Market engagement and regulation • Act as the key product interface with local market infrastructure and regulators • Translate local regulatory, organic and technical requirements into business plans Clear product and delivery • Partner with Legal, Compliance and Risk to ensure ongoing regulatory compliance and change management delivery and Implementation • Work with engineering and operations teams across platforms to translate requirements into prioritized backlogs and delivery milestones • Support quarterly planning with clear capability, dependency, and risk clarification Focus on stakeholders and customers • Collaborate with internal stakeholders across the organization including commercial teams to align customer demand with capabilities • Incorporate customer and market feedback into product improvements and roadmap evolution • Clearly communicate product status, risks, and dependencies to senior stakeholders To be successful in this role, we strive to: • A strong understanding of operating models Custody, settlement flows, asset servicing, and market connectivity • Proven experience working with regulators, or market facilities At the employer, our culture speaks for itself Check out the latest the employer news on: the employer Newsroom the employer LinkedIn Here are some of our recent awards: • America's Most Innovative Companies, Fortune, 2025 • The World's Most Admired Companies, Fortune 2025 • “Most Fair Companies,” Just Capital and CNBC, 2025 Our Benefits and Rewards: the employer offers highly competitive compensation, benefits and well-being programs rooted in a strong culture of excellence and our pay-for-performance philosophy. • Product management experience in custody, securities services or post-trade areas
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex cross-functional delivery in structured environments
