Job description

The role leads end-to-end delivery of large-scale theme park projects from concept to operational readiness. Sets execution strategy, monitors programme performance, and ensures on‑time, on‑budget delivery to world‑class quality and safety standards. Coordinates architects, designers, contractors and operators for seamless integration. Tracks timelines, budgets, risks and implements mitigation measures. Provides regular executive‑level reporting. Embeds best‑in‑class safety, sustainability and quality. Builds and leads high‑performing delivery teams across multiple streams
