Principal Structural Engineer

Job description

We are looking for a Principal Structural Engineer to join our team in Al‑Khabar, Saudi Arabia. Responsible for structural and infrastructure works including various building construction types, building design, equipment foundation design, and pipe and cable tray support design. Originate and revise engineering deliverables. Review deliverables against company procedures, standards, and checklists. Supervise junior engineers. Attend required training. Plan and complete work within allocated man‑hours to avoid slippage. Interface, coordinate and communicate effectively with the Project Manager and team members. Delegate work and manage team billability. Coordinate with all disciplines to ensure their inputs are incorporated. Conduct site visits to verify conditions, markup drawings and perform as‑built activities. Manage submission of deliverables with quality checks and proper record management. Write technical reports and prepare presentations. Evaluate technical bids, review vendor documents and manage subcontract scopes

Requirements

• Full knowledge of Aramco, Sabic, Royal commission, SBC and HCIS standards
• Insurance systems
• Writing reports
