Job description

A Site Engineer - Tracks leads the implementation of the track package in a large train/metro program, overseeing the quality of construction, safety, progress, and compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements. Manages field supervision of earthworks, foundations, structures, track laying, welding, grinding, fastening systems, drainage, and ancillary works. Applies health, safety, and environmental standards and holds tool box meetings. Monitors quality according to drawings, specifications, and inspection plans, approves or rejects works, and closes non-conformance reports and checklists. Tracks progress according to approved schedules, identifies risks, and develops mitigation plans. Manages interactions with facilities, stations, systems, testing, and operations teams.
