Job description

The Technical Supervisor oversees and develops the maintenance team while ensuring a safe and compliant hotel environment. Responsibilities include maintaining the building, mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and life safety systems. Assigns and documents daily maintenance tasks in the property management system. Monitors external contractors for quality and compliance. Responds promptly to service requests, guest concerns, and emergencies. Performs scheduled and preventive maintenance to keep fixtures and fittings safe
