Job description

Job Overview: The job holder is responsible for supporting and coordinating project delivery from intake to closure by applying approved project management methodologies, coordinating cross-functional activities, and maintaining project governance, reporting, and documentation to enable compliant, timely, and value-driven delivery across Digital functions. Key Responsibilities include managing project governance processes, leading project intake prioritization and portfolio readiness assessments, reviewing and approving project charters, governance plans, and delivery approaches, overseeing project performance, managing portfolio risks, dependencies, and escalations, leading governance reviews, stage-gate assessments, and executive reporting, reviewing and approving major change requests and delivery baselines, overseeing vendor performance and contractual compliance, directing deployment readiness, transition, and project closure governance, and driving continuous improvement of project management processes, templates, and governance practices

Requirements

• Proficient in Jira

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
• 4-6 years of relevant experience
• PMP certification required or preferred
