Job description

The coordinator increases sales and profitability by implementing visual merchandising standards in the store. Develops understanding of local customer lifestyles to provide appropriate solutions. Directs the team of merchandisers and visual designers and works with the VM Manager and Logistics Manager to ensure the store meets Home Center standards. Monitors store performance against goals and makes VM decisions to enhance growth and profitability. Manages the VM team by setting up performance indicators and periodic reviews and ensuring quality implementation and availability of products
