Job description

The Vice President will be responsible for managing public and private deals, interacting with senior client executives, providing guidance and supervision to Associates and Analysts, supporting origination and business development efforts, reviewing financial analyses and modeling, drafting client presentations and marketing materials, and playing a key role in the day-to-day management of the overall team. The role aims to support the company's business in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia by providing financial advisory services related to cross-border M&A, financial restructurings, capital structure advisory, IPOs, and the development of financing strategies

Requirements

• At least 6 years of Investment Banking experience and/or Corporate M&A/ECM from a Tier 1 bank or financial adviser
• Demonstrated leadership skills and a team player approach with a strong motivation to contribute to a positive team culture
• Top performance with comfort operating in a demanding environment which values initiative, creativity, maturity, and engagement
• Ability to support, manage, and empower junior bankers
• Strong client and presentation skills
• Strong quantitative background and analytical skills coupled with meticulous attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to manage a variety of transactions and projects simultaneously
• Fluency in English and Arabic
