Associate Quantity Surveyor (Pre-Contract)

Job description

Deliver cost management and commercial advisory services during the pre‑construction phase. Develop accurate cost plans, estimates, value engineering and cost optimisation. Create procurement strategies and tender documentation. Lead and mentor senior, intermediate and graduate quantity surveyors. Serve as primary client contact, providing strategic cost advice and facilitating meetings and workshops. Identify and mitigate commercial and cost risks. Support business development through proposals and client presentations. Ensure compliance with RLB standards and maintain high‑quality outputs. Location: Riyadh
