Quality Inspector

Job description

The role of Quality Inspector involves implementing quality activities according to the approved quality management system. Preparing inspection and testing plans and registration templates according to project requirements and international standards. Conducting inspections to determine the conformity of works to quality requirements and documenting results. Monitoring the inspection status using tools such as the inspection matrix. Coordinating activities with other specialty inspectors to ensure consistency in construction. Inspecting pipe, welding, painting, and insulation activities and supporting subcontractors to ensure quality and efficiency according to project specifications. Reviewing technical specifications, quality assurance plans, non-destructive testing procedures, and determining acceptable work practices. Ensuring the availability and approval of suitable welders and their use only in production. Managing and executing welding specialty inspection and issuing inspection requests to clients and providing appropriate notifications for hold and certification and inspection points. Preparing, reviewing, and approving quality procedure documents submitted by subcontractors, such as inspection test plans and material approval requests. Controlling the inspection status using methodical tools such as the inspection matrix. Applying a practical inspection process for specialization based on project requirements and international standards
