RCM Business Analyst

New Jeddah Clinic Hospital is hiring an RCM Business Analyst to join the Revenue Cycle Management department. The analyst will gather business requirements, coordinate with IT and operational teams, analyze operational and financial data, identify trends, and recommend process improvements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Healthcare Management, Information Systems or related field
• at least 3 years of relevant experience in healthcare business analysis, RCM reporting or performance analytics
• strong understanding of healthcare revenue cycle including prior authorization, claim submission, denial, collection and reconciliation
• advanced Microsoft Excel skills including PivotTables, lookup functions and data analysis
• preferably experience with Power BI, dashboard development and KPI reporting
• ability to analyze operational and financial data, identify trends and recommend process improvements
• experience gathering business requirements and coordinating with IT and operational teams
• proficiency in English
• strong business intelligence and AI technology skills
• strong analytical, presentation and problem‑solving skills
