Sr. Proposal Engineer

Job description

The Senior Proposal Engineer supports Jasara's growth objectives by identifying, tracking, and securing new business opportunities, leading bid preparation and offer management to enhance the company's market presence and generate revenue. Leads business development activities and engages clients to accelerate growth, identifies and follows up on opportunities across public and private sector clients, and manages bid and proposal processes from opportunity identification to submission. Develops high‑quality technical and commercial proposals in collaboration with internal stakeholders, builds strong relationships with clients and strategic partners, and conducts market and competitor analysis to uncover emerging opportunities. Prepares presentation decks, proposals, and business cases for prospective clients, supports contract negotiations and converts opportunities into awarded projects, while maintaining business development pipelines, KPIs, and reporting. Applications are submitted through the announced submission channel.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in business development and/or proposal management.
• Strong local experience in bid preparation, bid management, and proposal development within a reputable engineering consultancy or project management organization in Saudi Arabia.
• Proven track record of securing new business and supporting revenue growth.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
