Job description

Projects and towers previously worked on and the number of floors. Architects study, design and supervise the construction and development of buildings, urban spaces, infrastructure projects and social spaces. They are designed according to their surrounding environments and regulations applicable in specific geographic areas, taking into account factors that include function, aesthetics, costs, and overall health and safety. They are aware of social contexts and environmental factors that include relationships between people, buildings, buildings and the environment. They participate in multidisciplinary projects aiming to develop the social fabric of a geographical area and advance social urban projects

Requirements

• Strong experience in engineering consulting offices, design work and technical office
• Experience in similar projects such as hotels, mixed-use towers and major projects
• Full knowledge of the requirements of the Saudi Building Code (SBC) and its applications related to the specialty
• Experience in preparing and reviewing engineering plans and designs and coordinating between various disciplines
• The ability to follow up on technical transactions and approvals and coordinate with government and advisory agencies
• The applicant must have a “professional” classification from the Saudi Council of Engineers
• Number of years of experience
• Experience in Baladi, Wafi, and related government platforms
