Network Operations & Maintenance Engineer

Job description

Responsible for operating and maintaining network infrastructure for a reputable ISP at the New Administrative Capital. Role includes troubleshooting physical‑layer network issues and hardware failures. Candidates must reside in eligible areas and have matching address on national ID

Requirements

• Proficient in English
• Bachelor's degree in Communications Engineering, Computer Engineering or Computer Science
• Minimum 3 years of relevant network experience
• Good knowledge and hands‑on experience with fiber‑optic technologies and cabling/terminations
• Hold at least one certification: Cisco ENCOR, Cisco SD‑WAN (ENSDWI), CCNP Service Provider, CCNP Enterprise, Juniper JNCIP‑SP, or Juniper JNCIP‑ENT
• Residence in First, Third, Fifth Settlement, Rehab City, Madinaty, the employer City, Obour City, El Shorouk City or El Salam City with address matching national ID
