Quality Control Manager

Job description

The manager oversees and implements the project quality system for a mega project in Dammam for a two-year period. Responsibilities: supervise quality control and ensure compliance with specifications and standards; prepare and review execution drawings and material submittals; coordinate with all project disciplines; monitor quantity take‑offs and payment applications; ensure works are delivered right‑first‑time

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Civil Engineering
• strong experience in technical office and construction projects
• proficient in preparing and reviewing Shop Drawings & Material Submittals
• experience in quantity surveying, payment applications and technical specifications
• experience in steel structure works and reviewing execution drawings for Steel Structure
• proficient in AutoCAD and related engineering software
• ability to coordinate with various project disciplines
• preferred experience in large‑scale projects and contracting firms
• at least 10 years experience in construction and finishing project management
• proven experience in managing and executing hospital and healthcare facility projects from inception to final handover
• proficient in managing Project Quality Management Systems (QMS) and knowledge of applicable standards and codes
• ability to work in a fast‑paced project environment
• immediate availability.
