Workshop Supervisor

Job description

The workshop supervisor leads daily workshop operations in Riyadh. Ensures technicians complete repairs according to OEM standards, on time and with minimal labor hours. Coordinates service advisors, parts department and the technician team to ensure customer commitment and showroom profitability. Monitors repair order distribution, workflow, repair quality and use of specialized tools. Manages performance indicators such as productivity and work efficiency. Oversees the technician team, identifies technical gaps and evaluates training and development programs. Implements safety and cleanliness standards in the workshop
