About the Role the employer Beverage Company is looking for a Warehouse Specialist to join its team, Makkah. This full-time role aims to plan, organize and manage warehouse operations efficiently, ensuring materials and goods meet specifications and are properly stored and dispensed. Main responsibilities: Designing records and lists of inventory items according to the degree of uniformity and use, coding them, and organizing warehouse records, books, and cards. Following up on quantities entering and leaving warehouses, monitoring inventory, and following up on issuing delivery permits to branches and units. Matching incoming shipments in terms of quantities and specifications with the lists, identifying deficiencies and ensuring that the received materials conform to the terms of supply. Preparing storage places and organizing warehouses to facilitate exchange and receipt operations, and developing work procedures and methods using modern technologies. Preparing, displaying, clarifying and storing specialized documents and reports related to warehouses in its database in accordance with approved policies and procedures. Operational tasks: Follow up on procedures for receiving materials and goods and ensure compliance with quantities and specifications. Storing materials and goods in appropriate conditions to ensure their quality and safety. Disbursing the stock to the concerned authorities in accordance with the approved procedures. Qualifications and Experience Practical experience ranging in the field of warehouse or supply chain management. Strong understanding of warehouse planning and organization principles. Work Environment This position is full-time, in Mecca, within a dynamic work environment in a leading company in the beverage sector.
