Job description
The QA/QC Instrument Engineer at the employer Sustainable Technology Solutions oversees and follows up instrumentation progress, installation and commissioning of various units. Plans and controls inspection of all instrumentation works and related activities. Monitors final inspection of completed instrumentation works before handover to the client. Reviews shop and vendor drawings for contract compliance. Reviews instrumentation material submittals, specifications and calculations for conformance with contract documents. Implements the Instrumentation Quality Assurance Plan. Reviews as‑built drawings, operation and maintenance manuals and warranty. Ensures compliance with all safety procedures, encourages reporting of unsafe acts and conditions, and follows SHE procedures before and during work.
Requirements
- Experience in testing and commissioning of instrumentation works
- Bachelor degree in Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 8 years experience in oil & gas maintenance
- Well organized and proactive with excellent communication skills
- Proven leadership skills in large organizations
- Mature judgment under pressure and problem‑resolution ability
- Strategic management skills
