Red Sea Sports & Entertainment (RSSE), a dedicated subsidiary of Red Sea Global (RSG), designs and delivers outstanding land and marine experiences at the Red Sea destination. RSSE manages a diverse portfolio of sports, adventure and leisure offerings, including water sports through Galaxea, adventure activities via Akun, and leisure experiences delivered by WAMA. The role supervises the operation and delivery of water‑sport activities, ensuring safety, quality and alignment with the company’s strategic goals.

Requirements

• Certified certificate in water rescue and swimming
• Experience in monitoring and managing water activities
• Pass first aid and rescue courses
