Tamheer is a six‑month training program designed to equip fresh graduates with hands‑on experience in a professional work environment. Participants will be involved in real tasks across different functions, building practical skills, gaining industry exposure, and understanding workplace expectations. The program supports career readiness through guided learning, on‑the‑job training, and continuous development.

Requirements

• Saudi national
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Not currently employed
• Eligible for Tamheer registration through Human Resources Development Fund (HADAF)
• Strong communication skills and willingness to learn
• Commitment to completing the full six‑month program
