Construction Manager MEP (PMC Background)

About the Role: the employer seeks an experienced Construction Manager - MEP to oversee planning, coordination, execution, and delivery of all MEP works for a large-scale infrastructure project in Riyadh. Responsibilities: Lead and manage all MEP construction activities throughout the project lifecycle; monitor contractor performance, progress, productivity, and contractual compliance; ensure execution aligns with approved drawings, technical specifications, quality standards, and project milestones; coordinate interfaces between MEP systems, civil works, structures, utilities, and other disciplines; review and validate construction methodologies, work sequences, and installation plans; act as the Client's representative on all MEP matters and provide technical guidance; review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, and testing procedures; participate in commercial, contractual, and technical discussions; support claims evaluation, variation reviews, and dispute resolution related to MEP works

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in MEP construction
• proficient in acting as the Client's representative on MEP matters
• experienced in providing technical guidance and recommendations to the Project Director
• skilled in reviewing and approving shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, and testing procedures
• experienced in commercial, contractual, and technical discussions
• proficient in supporting claims evaluation, variation reviews, and dispute resolution for MEP works
