Production Supervisor (Pipes)

Job description

The role ensures smooth and efficient manufacturing processes. Supervises daily production activities and ensures alignment with production plans and quality and efficiency standards. Leads the workforce and provides training and support. Monitors performance indicators and analyzes data to identify improvement opportunities and take corrective actions. Ensures compliance with safety regulations and conducts audits and periodic training sessions. Coordinates equipment maintenance and schedules preventive maintenance to reduce downtime. Manages inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods to meet demand without waste. Prepares detailed production reports documenting performance, issues, and solutions. Collaborates with quality and logistics teams to ensure seamless operations and on-time product delivery. Participates in developing production strategies and proposes innovative ideas to enhance overall efficiency
