Prober Restaurants announces a vacancy for a Purchasing Supervisor in Mecca. The role supervises the purchasing team, overseeing buyers and specialists. Manages orders and inventory by coordinating continuously with the storekeeper and restaurant manager to prevent any kitchen item shortage. Negotiates with suppliers to find the best vendors, compare prices and quality, and secure suitable payment and delivery terms. Monitors quality and timely delivery of goods, ensuring compliance with health standards and specifications. Prepares periodic reports for restaurant management covering team performance, price movements, and supplier issues
