About the Role: the employer is seeking an HPM CIP Technical Consultant & Support to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time role works closely with clients to understand their technical environments and deliver advanced, customized solutions aligned with strategic objectives. The consultant implements sophisticated system architectures and rigorous testing frameworks to ensure robust, scalable solutions. Key Responsibilities: Consult with clients to understand technical landscapes and provide advanced recommendations; implement comprehensive design documentation, system architectures, and configuration plans; develop rigorous testing frameworks; resolve intricate technical issues through advanced diagnostics and root cause analysis; provide proactive support to prevent future challenges; document detailed technical solutions, create support procedures, and develop troubleshooting guides; enhance the knowledge base by documenting best practices; manage configuration and version control for accuracy and consistency; conduct comprehensive health checks and optimize system performance; collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate client feedback; prepare advanced technical reports and strategic analyses; support implementation and deployment projects with advanced configuration, seamless integration, and thorough performance tuning

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years experience in Technical Consulting, Customer Support, or the Healthcare Industry
• or a Bachelor's Degree with no prior experience
