Job description

(IT Specialist). Providing technical support to users and addressing technical problems. Managing and maintaining devices, systems and networks and ensuring their efficiency. Adding and updating projects on electronic systems and platforms. Issuing, renewing and managing domains and associated digital services. Supervising customer accounts in electronic systems and managing their settings. Follow up on return requests and coordinate with the concerned authorities until they are completed. Managing backups and monitoring information security and user privileges. Coordination with various departments to ensure continuity of technical services. Preparing periodic reports and proposing solutions and technical improvements. Qualifications and Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent. At least one year of practical experience in the field of information technology. Good knowledge of systems and network administration and technical support. Familiarity with managing electronic platforms and digital services. Outstanding problem solving, organization, and time management skills. Ability to communicate effectively and work within a team. Location: Jeddah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Experience: One year or more
