About the Role the employer is urgently seeking a Civilian Team Leader to join their team, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is critical for Huawei Civil's upcoming project, focusing on communications tower assembly and installation. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the site teams and ensuring that project implementation meets quality and safety standards. Project Overview This role is specifically for a Huawei civil project, which involves the assembly and installation of communications towers. The Civil Team Leader will play a key role in on-site operations, ensuring all civil works are completed efficiently and in accordance with project specifications. Key Responsibilities Effectively lead and manage site teams to achieve project objectives. Supervising the tower installation, site supervision and all associated civil works. Ensure strict adherence to quality standards throughout the project life cycle. Maintain compliance with Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) regulations on site. Qualifications and Requirements Proven experience in Huawei Civil Telecom Tower assembly and installation is essential. Strong knowledge of tower installation, site supervision and civil engineering works. Demonstrated ability to lead and manage construction site teams. Must be a current resident of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Immediate joining is required. Selection of location and type of work This is a full-time position based in, Saudi Arabia. The role involves on-site work for a Huawei Civil project, requiring a candidate already located within Saudi Arabia
