About the Role Ma'aden is seeking a Senior Specialist, Asset Reliability, to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role is critical to increasing asset performance, availability and lifecycle value across the organization. The Senior Specialist will provide organization leadership on asset reliability, integrating operational priorities, maintenance strategies, asset health insights, and technical capabilities across business units and locations. Role Purpose and Impact The primary purpose of this role is to move reliability decisions from reactive interventions to proactive, predictive and risk-based approaches. The Senior Specialist will translate reliability and maintainability challenges into scalable business and technology solutions designed to enhance equipment performance, reduce avoidable disruptions and improve total cost of ownership. As the enterprise domain authority, this position ensures reliability outcomes, decision logic and technology priorities are aligned across all assets, focusing initiatives on high-value opportunities that can be effectively scaled across Ma'aden. Key Responsibilities Shape enterprise asset reliability priorities, KPIs and value outcomes to drive asset performance and lifecycle value across business units. Establish consistent principles for reliability and maintenance decisions, directing investment and interventions towards high-value asset risks and opportunities. Provide technical authority on asset reliability and influence strategies, priorities and solutions among operational and technology stakeholders. Translate asset performance, maintenance and cost challenges into clear improvement opportunities with valuable hypotheses Measurable. Enable proactive, predictive and risk-based maintenance decisions to improve reliability, maintainability, availability and total cost of ownership. Use asset performance insights to identify recurring reliability constraints and focus improvement initiatives on sustainable performance. Formulate comprehensive solutions that integrate asset health monitoring, diagnostics, maintenance planning and operational execution. Create closed-loop methods that leverage asset performance and maintenance results to continuously improve reliability decisions. Ensure reliability solutions are scalable, interoperable, and aligned with operational requirements and enterprise technology direction. Align maintenance, operations, engineering and supply chain stakeholders on asset criticality, reliability priorities and performance outcomes. Partner with analytics, AI, surveillance and digital teams to translate reliability needs into deployable technology solutions. Integrate reliability initiatives and technical designs to reduce fragmentation, force reuse, and accelerate enterprise adoption. Advance enterprise reliability practices by applying methods, technology, and data-driven methods to address priority asset challenges. Build reliability capability through technical guidance, knowledge transfer and adoption of consistent practices across relevant teams. Qualifications and Experience At least 10 years of relevant experience in asset reliability or related field. Demonstrated ability to lead and implement enterprise-wide reliability strategies. Strong technical knowledge in asset health monitoring, diagnostics and maintenance planning. Experience in integrating technical solutions for Improve reliability.
