Precast Manager

Job description

Precast Manager in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Oversee precast concrete operations including production planning, execution, quality control, workforce, materials, equipment and site coordination. Overall management of ready‑mix production and construction activities. Plan and monitor production schedules to ensure timely delivery to site. Coordinate with engineering, planning, quality assurance, procurement and construction teams. Review approved execution drawings, production drawings and method statements. Ensure elements are manufactured according to approved specifications. Monitor production quality, dimensional accuracy, finishing, curing, lifting, storage and transportation. Manage workforce, equipment, materials, molds and other resources needed for production. Coordinate with QA/QC teams for inspection, testing, NCR reports and corrective actions. Track productivity, meet targets and implement corrective measures. Maintain proper records of production, material consumption, inspections, deliveries and inventory. Identify potential production constraints and develop practical solutions. Ensure proper maintenance and use of molds, machinery, lifting equipment and production facilities. Monitor subcontractors and suppliers involved in precast activities. Strictly comply with health, safety and environmental requirements. Prepare and submit regular progress and production reports to project management

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering or related field
• minimum 15 years of experience in precast concrete production and construction
• strong knowledge of ready‑mix concrete manufacturing, reinforcement, casting, curing, lifting, storage, transportation and installation
• good understanding of structural and execution drawings, specifications and construction methodologies
• proficient in managing workforce, equipment and materials
• proficient in quality control and assurance
• proficient in coordination with engineering, planning and procurement teams
• proficient in preparing and presenting production reports to management
