Job description

A leading company in the field of manufacturing and woodworking. A position as a factory manager has been filled for outstanding leadership competence to join a team - in Saudi Arabia. Management and Planning: Prepare and update operational production plans and ensure high efficiency workflow according to specified schedules. Quality and standards: Supervising the quality control of wood products and ensuring compliance with technical standards and standard specifications. Team management: Leading and directing the technical staff, engineers and workers in the factory to raise the level of productivity and develop performance. Resource management: monitoring production lines, managing raw materials, reducing waste, and improving the use of available resources. Terms and conditions. Required qualifications. Requirements

• Security and Safety: Applying the highest standards of occupational safety and health within all sections of the factory
• Educational qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Production/Industrial/or equivalent)
• Experience: Practical and direct experience in the field of wood and related activities. Leadership skills: High ability to solve problems, manage technical teams, and communicate effectively
