Structural Engineer - Fit-out & Finishing

Job description

We are looking for a Structural Engineer to supervise field execution of all architectural fit‑out items including flooring, painting, suspended ceilings, tiling, plasterwork, doors, windows and façthe employer Review and approve shop drawings and material samples in coordination with the consultant. Fully coordinate fit‑out works with MEP to avoid site clashes. Manage and monitor subcontractors and labor, ensuring compliance with QA/QC standards and schedule. Quantity take‑off, verify invoices and prepare periodic technical reports. Follow up on site handover and close Snag List items until final project delivery

Requirements

• Saudi nationality
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering
• active membership in the Saudi Council of Engineers
• 2–5 years of experience in managing and executing fit‑out and finishing projects
• proficient in reading and checking shop drawings and skilled in AutoCAD
• good knowledge of MS Project or Primavera and Microsoft Office
• familiar with finishing material specifications and Saudi Building Code
• strong site management and team leadership skills
• meticulous attention to detail
• excellent communication and field problem‑solving abilities
• excellent English proficiency
• ability to work under pressure and in a team
• valid driving license preferred
