Responsible for scheduling and publishing content across social media platforms; monitoring audience interaction and responding to comments and messages professionally; applying the approved brand identity across platforms; analyzing account performance and preparing regular reports; proposing ideas and improvements to boost engagement and brand presence; coordinating with design and content teams to execute campaigns; tracking trends and leveraging them appropriately

Requirements

• Proficient in scheduling and publishing content across social media platforms
• proficient in monitoring audience interaction and responding to comments and messages professionally
• proficient in applying the approved brand identity across platforms
• proficient in analyzing account performance and preparing regular reports
• proficient in proposing ideas and improvements to increase engagement and strengthen brand presence
• proficient in coordinating with design and content teams to execute campaigns
• proficient in tracking trends and leveraging them appropriately
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Media or related field
• 1 to 3 years of experience in social media account management
• Meta Social Media Marketing Professional Certificate (preferred)
• Digital Marketing Professional (DMI) Certificate (preferred)
• Social Media Strategy Certificate - HubSpot (preferred)
• Google Analytics Certification (preferred)
• deep understanding of social media platforms and engagement mechanisms
• excellent written communication skills
• ability to manage digital communities and interact with audience professionally
• data analysis and reporting skills
• knowledge of paid advertising fundamentals
• fluent in Arabic and English.
