Program Manager - International Schools

Job description

We are looking for a Program Manager - International Schools to run and scale the international tracks offering. Reports directly to the Head of International Tracks. The role ensures all moving pieces (schedules, teachers, supervisors, parent communication, data) operate on time, to standard, and improve each term, while creating magical WOW moments for students. Key responsibilities: running, building, and innovating the program to enhance student experience and learning operations; owning team beat and cadence with weekly meetings for teachers, supervisors, and ops; developing and executing strategy to scale the program 10x next year and further in Saudi and beyond.

Requirements

• Fluent professional-grade Arabic and English, spoken and written
• Bachelor's degree
• Lived and worked or studied in Saudi Arabia and the US or UK
• 2-5 years experience in a fast-paced environment, MBB or start-up preferred
• Strong prioritization and high ownership
• Strong communication skills
• Proficient in data analysis and applying AI in workflows
• Energetic, magical, innovative thinking to make school exciting
• Passion for education and innovative mindset
• Currently based in Riyadh
• (Nice to have) Attended an American high school
• (Nice to have) Experience teaching or working with high schoolers
