We aim to transform the physical classroom experience by introducing our highly engaging social, group-based learning and AI to make learning fun and improve learning efficacy. The role of the Mentorship Manager is to own the entire function — including the advisor network and supervisors, the student assignment and follow-up process, the performance standards against which advisors are measured, and the monthly advisor compensation cycle that funds the operation.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in operations, program management, or field team management, including direct leadership of a distributed or multi-site team
• proven track record of managing teams through data
• strong operational data skills, including the ability to work with raw data, extract key metrics, and understand and explain how those metrics are calculated
• advanced spreadsheet skills are required
• experience with Business Intelligence (BI) tools is a strong advantage
• proficiency with AI tools and demonstrated ability to use them on a daily basis to build customized operational tools
• experience leading teams comprising both full-time and part-time employees
• familiarity with the nonprofit, education, or social development sector in Saudi Arabia
• native Arabic speaker with professional working proficiency in English preferred
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
