Requirements

• The applicant must be of Saudi nationality
• The place of residence must be in the city of Jeddah
• At least two years of experience in the field of information technology or technical support
• Proficiency in spoken and written English is preferred
• Good knowledge of the basics of technical support and technical problem solving
• Ability to provide technical support to users and solve hardware and software problems
• Good knowledge of operating systems, networks and computers
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office programs
• Ability to follow up on technical support requests and document problems and solutions
• Good communication skills and the ability to deal with employees professionally
• Ability to work within a team, handle work pressure, and multitask
• Commitment, discipline, and desire to develop and learn in the field of information technology
