Job advertisement for Arabic and English section supervisors Wow Children’s Kindergarten announces the availability of job vacancies under the title of Arabic section supervisor and English section supervisor, to work in the new kindergarten branch in the the employer district - Riyadh. Tasks and responsibilities: Supervising study plans and educational curricula and developing them in a manner appropriate to the kindergarten stage. Follow up on teachers’ performance and provide continuous educational guidance and guidance. Evaluating the level of children’s progress and developing supportive plans to improve learning outcomes. Organizing educational activities, events, and educational programs. Manage the daily operations of the department and follow educational schedules and resources. Preparing periodic reports and making recommendations to improve the quality of education. Cooperating with school administration and parents to achieve educational goals. Participate in developing the performance of the educational staff and implementing approved policies and procedures. Qualifications and requirements: Bachelor’s degree in kindergarten or a related specialty. At least 4 years of experience teaching kindergarten or primary grades. Outstanding leadership and management skills. Proficiency in communication, organization and planning skills. The ability to train teachers, monitor their performance, and develop educational practices. Familiarity with educational curricula and education management systems.
