Requirements

• Practical experience in finishing works
• Ability to supervise and follow up in the field
• Ability to read blueprints and inventory quantities
• Selecting contractors, following up on their performance, and evaluating their offers
• Choosing the appropriate materials according to the required specifications and quality
• Compare prices and negotiate with suppliers and contractors
• Follow up on contractors, workers and quality of implementation
• Commitment and accuracy in work
• Minimum 4 years experience
