Project Manager - Transformer Substations (33/13.8kV) We are looking for a project manager with high efficiency experience to take charge of managing the design, supply, and construction of the transformer substation buildings (33/13.8kV). Key Responsibilities: Lead the entire project lifecycle from Concept Design through Detailed Design, Construction, Commissioning, to Final Handover. Manage and coordinate the development of designs and ensure their conformity with Saudi Electricity Company (SEC) standards and international codes. Serve as a key point of contact with clients, consultants, government and responsible entities. Oversee supply operations, contractors and suppliers to ensure timely execution and delivery. Control project budget, schedule, and available resources to ensure work is completed on time. Requirements and Conditions: Educational Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering
