The project includes the design, enabling and major works to develop a large-scale destination comprising several distinctive assets, hospitality facilities and supporting infrastructure. Delivered under the client's governance framework with stringent programme, quality, safety and sustainability requirements, the Construction Supervision Consultant (CSC) is responsible for providing independent and comprehensive oversight and management, ensuring all work is completed, integrated, tested, commissioned and delivered to support both successful operations and long-term legacy objectives. • Develop, maintain and update detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 for construction supervision activities. • Establish project baselines, monitor progress against approved timelines, identify variances and recommend corrective actions. • Review contractors' baseline schedules, recovery plans, and progress updates to ensure compliance with project requirements. • Conduct critical path analysis, schedule health checks, and what-if scenario assessments to support decision making. • Analyze project progress, milestones, delays, and potential risks, and provide strategic recommendations Alleviation and recovery. • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, contractors and customer representatives to ensure alignment of project schedules and activities. • Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, dashboards, look-ahead tables, and executive summaries for project and client leadership. • Monitor project key performance indicators (KPIs) and support forecasting of project completion dates. • Evaluate extension of time (EOT) submissions, delay analyses, and time impact assessments. • Support change management processes by evaluating schedule impacts arising from variations and scope changes. • Facilitate progress review meetings and provide planning expertise throughout all phases of project implementation. • Mentor junior planners and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, tools, templates and reporting processes. • Strong understanding of CPM scheduling, baseline management, forecast progress measurement, and variance analysis. • Experience reviewing and monitoring contractor schedules within a construction supervision environment. • Excellent communications and stakeholder management capabilities. • Preferably understanding project delivery requirements in Saudi Arabia and working with government clients. the employer employs equal representation at all career levels without regard to race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy), national origin, age, disability or genetic information. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, project management, or related field
• Strong proficiency in Oracle Primavera P6 and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary project environment
• Professional certifications such as PMP, PMI-SP, AACE PSP, or equivalent
• Knowledge of schedule risk analysis and best practice planning
• Familiarity with delay analysis, extension time evaluations, and claims management
• Experience with reporting and dashboarding tools such as Power BI
