University Internship - Connectivity Intern

Job description

Supports the deployment and optimization of connectivity solutions and digital service tools across Saudi Arabia to maximize connected asset coverage, improve installation connectivity rates, and enable data-driven service operations through actionable dashboards and performance analytics. Ensures data integrity and accuracy of connectivity and digital tools data by conducting regular reviews, validations, and corrective actions, and analyzes data to drive performance improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Biomedical Engineering, Healthcare Technology Management, or a related field
• experience in healthcare technology, service operations, connectivity deployment, digital solutions, or technical support environments
• experience working with cross-functional teams in project execution and operational follow-up
• basic knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, and connectivity concepts
• understanding of healthcare equipment and medical imaging technologies
• familiarity with remote monitoring solutions, digital service tools, and connectivity platforms
• working knowledge of service operations and field service processes
• experience with data analysis, reporting, and dashboard development tools.
