Export Specialist

Job description

We are looking for an inspired individual to join our team at pladis, a leading global biscuits and confectionery business. We are seeking someone who shares our passion for bringing happiness to our consumers through our high-quality products. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end export operations, including documentation preparation, compliance with regulations, coordination of land and sea shipments, and updating the export tracking system. You will work closely with internal teams, government authorities, and partners to ensure smooth export operations.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in Export Operations, Logistics, or International Trade
• Strong knowledge of Saudi export regulations, SFDA processes, COO/HC legalization, and customs procedures
• Experience handling land and sea exports, including GCC cross-border shipments
• Proficient in using export tracking tools, ERP systems (SAP preferred), and Smartsheet
• Strong technical skills, including Proforma Invoice preparation and Export Insurance Declaration
• Excellent communication skills with internal teams, partners, and government authorities
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple shipments simultaneously
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or International Trade.
