Site Supervisor

Job description

We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee daily construction activities at project sites in Yanbu, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will ensure construction works are executed according to approved drawings, technical specifications, quality standards, safety regulations, and project schedules. Responsibilities: supervise daily construction activities and ensure work follows approved drawings and specifications, monitor workers, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure tasks meet required standards, track project progress and ensure schedule compliance, coordinate with site engineers, project managers, and technical teams to resolve site issues, inspect materials and completed works for quality compliance, ensure health, safety, and environmental regulations are followed, monitor material, equipment, and tool requirements and coordinate their availability, prepare daily and periodic site progress reports highlighting completed activities, challenges, and delays, follow up on technical observations, corrective actions, and outstanding issues, maintain proper site organization, housekeeping, and material storage, communicate effectively with stakeholders and report progress and operational challenges to the project management team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline
• minimum of 3 years experience supervising construction or building projects
• excellent English proficiency, both written and spoken
• good knowledge of construction methods, site operations, and engineering drawings
• ability to supervise workers and subcontractors and organize daily site activities
• understanding of construction quality standards and occupational health and safety procedures
• strong communication, coordination, and problem‑solving skills
• ability to prepare technical reports and communicate project updates in English
• willingness to work on‑site in Yanbu, Saudi Arabia
• ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
