Job description
The Civil Incharge oversees all civil engineering works for oil and gas industrial services in the Eastern Region. Supervises civil works, ensures safety and quality compliance, coordinates with project managers, contractors and engineers, manages resources, schedules and work plans, conducts site inspections and resolves technical issues, prepares technical reports and progress updates, and collaborates with multidisciplinary teams for smooth project execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- minimum of 10 years’ experience in civil engineering within the oil and gas industry
- proven experience managing industrial services civil projects
- strong knowledge of construction methods, materials and safety standards in oil & gas environments
- excellent leadership, communication and coordination skills
- ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing project requirements
- familiarity with Saudi Aramco standards and procedures is highly preferred
