Cross Sell Performance Lead (6 Months Period)

Job description

Support end-to-end implementation of the Group Cross‑Sell roadmap. Coordinate and track implementation activities, milestones, and deliverables. Support strategic client nomination, target setting, BSC and rules of engagement. Monitor cross‑sell performance, referrals, KPIs, and management dashboard. Identify implementation gaps, dependencies and issues, and support timely escalation and resolution.
