Job description
Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager with a strong background in site operations and consultancy services to lead quality assurance initiatives across multidisciplinary projects. Responsibilities: · Lead the implementation and maintenance of the Integrated Management System (IMS) for road and highway projects. · Ensure full compliance with regulatory standards, drive continuous improvement, and support project delivery excellence. · Oversee QA/QC activities for road works. · Plan and conduct internal audits, vendor audits, and support external/client/authority audits.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Quality Management, or a related discipline
- ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification (preferred)
- 15+ years of quality management experience within road, highway, or infrastructure projects
- Proven experience managing site-based quality operations on large-scale road or transportation projects
- Strong consultancy and client-facing background
- Experience working with UAE or regional road authority standards is an advantage
- In-depth knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS / IMS), ISO standards, and construction quality practices
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in quality tools such as RCA, FMEA, audits, and continuous improvement techniques.
