Senior Urban Planner

Job description

Contribute to the design and development of urban projects in Saudi Arabia. Lead projects and take full ownership of design and delivery. Work with the team to ensure delivery quality and meet client expectations. Develop relationships with clients and technical and non-technical stakeholders to achieve positive project outcomes. Prepare technical reports and contractual documents. Work on the project program and advise senior leadership on any issues affecting the efficient completion of the project.

Requirements

• Minimum 12 years of experience delivering Urban Planning/Public Realm projects. Familiarity with design, tender, and construction processes. Proficiency in design, project management, and efficiency matrices. Proficiency in AutoCAD, REVIT, Adobe CS5, MS Office, Sketch up, and Google Pro. Master's degree in Urban Planning from a university of international repute. Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English. Ability to work on own initiative or as part of a larger multidisciplinary team.
