Reliability & CBM Head

Job description

Provides technical leadership to increase equipment reliability and plant availability while optimizing maintenance costs. Oversees root cause failure analysis and guides actionable recommendations. Manages development of maintenance strategies using proven methods to ensure minimal downtime and optimized cost. Provides strategic guidance for feasibility studies to justify investment in new equipment or technology. Oversees all technical activities in the plant to ensure smooth operations. Leads implementation of predictive maintenance strategies to achieve minimal downtime and cost efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 12+ years experience in refinery or petrochemical reliability
• Fluent in writing and reading English
• Good knowledge of SAP system
• Good knowledge of plant process operations
• Strong technical understanding of maintenance execution management
• Strong technical understanding of maintenance planning management
• Strong technical understanding of reliability management
• Strong technical understanding of root cause analysis (RCA)
• Strong technical understanding of FMEA & RCM
• Strong technical understanding of cost benefit analysis
• Good technical understanding of quality management
• Good technical understanding of people management
• Good technical understanding of HSE requirements
• Well organized and proactive
• Excellent communication skills
• Proven leadership skills with large organizations
