Job description

Responsible for managing all activities to obtain contracts for executing maintenance work through contractors in the Maintenance Department. Duties include developing scopes of work for maintenance activities in the petrochemical plant, creating evaluation criteria and preliminary cost estimates, coordinating instructions to bidders, conducting kick‑off meetings with contractors, evaluating economic offers after technical evaluation, ensuring implementation of company HSSEQ policies in contracts, and incorporating QA/QC requirements and KPIs into contractor performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance
• minimum 8+ years of relevant experience
• supervising and coordinating bidding processes for maintenance activities
• experience in contracts administration, cost control and budgeting
• SAP knowledge
• well organized and proactive with excellent communication skills
• proven leadership in large organizations
• sound judgment under pressure and problem‑resolution ability
• strategic thinking and openness to new ideas
• ability to achieve business results in a multicultural environment
