Job description

the employer is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to work in Contracts Management and Procurement in the Eastern Province. The role is responsible for preparing preliminary cost estimates based on drawings, specifications, and project requirements. Duties include measuring quantities and compiling detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for estimations. Responsibilities involve monitoring ongoing project costs against the budget. Duties include reconciling all project costs at completion for final settlement. Responsibilities involve assessing contractor claims and certifying interim payments.

Requirements

• Must be a Saudi National
• Minimum 6 years' experience in Oil & Gas maintenance for High School holders
• Or minimum 4 years' experience in Oil & Gas maintenance for Diploma holders
• Stakeholder Management
• Commercial awareness
• Well organized and proactive with excellent communication skills
• Proven leadership skills with large organizations
• Maturity of judgment under pressure and ability to resolve problems
• Strategic thinking, open to new ideas
• An ability to achieve business results working in a multi-cultural environment
